Return Policy

We will gladly accept your return of UNUSED merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase on hangaccessories.com. 

• A full refund (minus the original cost of shipping) for the product will be issued once we receive the return and confirm the item is in its original condition. *Orders $75+ and rolling bag shipping costs absorbed by Hang Accessories will be deducted from the total amount refunded to the customer. 
• Buyer pays return shipping costs (make sure to obtain tracking info).

Non-medical reusable face masks and filters are final sale. Due to the protective nature of these items, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

Exchanges are subject to new shipping fees and must be in stock. Buyer is to pay the shipping cost for the item to be returned. In the returned box, buyer must include their name and order number.
