How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be processed for shipping for non-preordered items.
We do not guarantee delivery dates as carrier delays are out of our control. Please choose expedited shipping so we can do our best to accommodate faster ship times.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible however, we are taking every precaution to abide by CDC regulations to ensure the safety of our staff. Please understand we are a small team that physically processes and packs each individual order. Larger orders may take more time.
Our warehouse operates M-F 9am-5pm PST. If your order is placed in the afternoon on a Friday, your order will not likely be processed until the following Monday. Our hardworking team is allotted holidays off, so please do not include when calculating the shipping window.
How long does shipping take?
Face Mask orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. Shipping times depend on your location. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Diego, CA. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 3-5 business days for domestic delivery. Please note, due to the pandemic, shipping times may be longer than usual.

Shipping cost
Face mask shipping cost is a flat rate fee of $4.99 for USPS first class mail. Orders over $75 receive free shipping.
Orders for larger bags and accessories will be calculated at checkout.
