Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of UNUSED merchandise within 30 days of delivery for orders placed on hangaccessories.com.

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it is in its original condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus original shipping costs.

For orders under $75, we offer a discounted prepaid return label, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

For orders $75+ and rolling bag orders where shipping costs were covered by Hang Accessories, both the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. For convenience, Hang Accessories will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note that non-medical reusable face masks and filters are final sale. Due to the protective nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these products.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us, and Hang Accessories will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item being sent back to the customer.

When returning an item for exchange, please include your name and order number inside the package.
